A final read-through of your manuscript just to double check for any small errors that the editor may have missed. During proofreading, I keep the main focus on any grammatical and punctuation errors. If I feel there are any plot or character development issues, I will make note of that and contact the client with the suggestion of considering further editing.

A complete three-pass edit including:

*Character development and growth

*Plot consistency

*Spelling, grammar, tense usage, and punctuation

*Proper sentence structure

Developmental Editing takes an extensive look into all aspects of the manuscript. During this phase of editing, we can analyze the manuscript and make suggestions on developing the story correctly.  Strengthening the plot, character development, and structure.

**This feature of editing is best for Authors who have a manuscript but understand there are elements of the story that are missing. Price and turn-around time depends on the state of the manuscript and will be quoted after a sample chapter has been received.**

I strive to offer my clients flexibility in payments.

I ask for 25% of the invoice in advance with the option to make payments on the balance until the balance is paid in FULL.

Payment plans are available, so let me know what works best for you!

I do require payment to be made in FULL prior to the exchange of final files.

An invoice will be generated for services and delivered to the email address offered by the client.

Terms of service and payment agreement will be noted on the invoice.

Failure to comply with the terms may result in the breach of our contract.

No refunds are offered for services rendered.

No guarantees are made as to the saleability or marketability of the edited manuscript. Nor is there a guarantee that the manuscript will be completely error-free, though all efforts will be made to make it so. Unless a co-writing/co-authorship arrangement is made in writing, all royalties and monies gained by the sale of the book will be the sole property of the Author.

Editing is intrinsically a process of offering advice and suggestions to the Author. In addition to offering such advice and suggestions, the Editor’s responsibility is limited to notifying the Author of any unresolved differences before the work proceeds to the next stage of production. While the Editor will make every effort to bring questionable material to the attention of the Author, the Author agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Editor from any and all claims or demands, including legal fees, arising out of any alleged libel or copyright infringement committed by the Author in creating the work.
